If you have questions about setup, app configuration, or general WLED usage, we recommend visiting the WLED Discord. WLED has a thriving community, including forums, subreddits, and Discord channels, where experts and other users are happy to give input on your specific setup. While we are familiar with the specs of our specific products, there are helpful folks in these communities who still have us beat for general WLED knowledge. If you're looking for support that you think we're better suited for, please acknowledge below.

Submit a Warranty Claim

We stand behind the quality of our Eternaglo LED control boards. Each board comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty, covering:

• Manufacturing Defects – Issues arising from faulty components or workmanship.
• Failure Under Normal Use – If the board stops working under intended operating conditions.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical Damage – Including burns, cracks, or broken connectors from improper handling.
• Misuse or Improper Installation – Including incorrect wiring, exceeding power limits, or other improper electrical use or modifications.
• Software issues – Eternaglo is not responsible for any issues stemming from or caused by WLED, including bugs.
• Environmental Damage – Water exposure, extreme heat, or other non-recommended conditions.

If you have other important information that you need to share or question to ask us, you may use this form, but please do so knowing that as basically a one-man operation we don't have the bandwidth to help with technical questions or general support. Please check out our support documentation or one of the many WLED online communities for additional help.
